This post comes from my notes after speaking with the Seven Siddhas. The Seven Siddhas explained to me that ancient capitals like Telos and Kyoto, where 12 Buddhas once incarnated, hold powerful spiritual artifacts such as “The Luminara” and “The Dragon’s Pearl Garland,” which are used by me, Miki, and Junko to create peace and spread spiritual teachings.

A nation’s original capital city has a special dharma that can be accessed to create peace and spread spiritual teachings. Capital cities are rooted in spirit and dharma. They are places of power for human life that people were naturally drawn to for spirituality first, resources second, and protection third. They are energetically significant, aligning the will of the country with Earth’s energy currents and celestial alignments. By bringing presence and attention to capital cities, the city’s connection to the circle of power becomes stronger, fostering greater spirituality, abundance, and peace.
Capital cities have a history of the convergence of political and spiritual leadership, where individuals with profound spiritual insight and wisdom influenced both the temporal and spiritual realms. These masters, either inwardly or outwardly, imparted teachings for fostering peace and harmony within society.
Capital cities are focal points for spiritual energy. Often having significant temples and shrines, these sites have been consecrated through centuries of devotion and prayer, creating powerful energy vortexes that amplify spiritual intentions and rituals conducted within their vicinity. This is the reason why Ahjan and Miki often do their work in Capital cities.
According to the Seven Siddhas, for this work, the most significant of the ancient capitals are Telos (the capital city of Lumeria) and Kyoto (the ancient capital city of Japan). The reason is that they are the only 2 capitals that ever existed in this world where 12 buddhas incarnated together for 1000 years, creating what they called in Telos “The Luminara” or in Asia, “The Dragon’s Pearl Garland”, a wellspring of enlightenment that is an inexhaustible source of buddha-dharma. Shambala is another important capital, offering the Mandala of Shambala, but as it was never a physical city of earth, but a city metaphysically close to earth, it is discussed in another blog post.
When Ahjan came to Kyoto, to Mt. Kurama in 9/2023, Sanata Kumara and Adama, of the high council of Telos, made The Luminara and the Dragon’s Pearl Garland available to Miki, Junko, and him.
Ahjan, with his Buddhist background, primarily uses the Dragon’s Garland. Miki, with her Burvaloka background, primarily uses the Luminara. Junko, guided by the ascended masters that she is connected with, uses the Dragon’s Garland and the Luminara.
Miki and Junko wield The Luminara – 12 crystals of the enlightened council of Telos. Placing the crystals through their disciplines in the proper places brings balance and connection in the seven circles of power.
Ahjan wields the Dragon’s Pearl Garland. The Dragon’s Pearl Garland of enlightenment forms the basis for spreading enlightened influence to the seven circles of power, aligning earth’s energy lines with the roots of enlightenment in Kyoto, Telos, and the celestial Buddha realms. Miki, Ahjan, and Junko wield The Luminara and the Dragon’s Pearl Garland, and through their work use it to elevate consciousness and bring healing and balance to the world through this network.
The Dragon’s Pearl Garland and The Luminara represent two complementary spiritual forces. The Luminara focuses on channeling higher dimensional wisdom and energies down to Earth, serving as conduits for celestial knowledge and vibrational upliftment. Conversely, The Dragon’s Pearl Garland acts as a beacon, elevating earthly energies towards a higher, enlightened dimension, bringing the ascension of the physical realm towards spiritual awakening. Together, they harmonize the flow of energy across dimensions, achieving the balance of the seven circles of power. This synergy fosters global peace, abundance, harmony, equality, and enlightenment, encapsulating the dual journey of grounding the divine within the earthly and elevating the earthly towards the divine.
The Dragon’s Pearl Garland of Kyoto has powerful connections to Buddhism and Taoism, and can create balance and bring forth peace and enlightenment throughout the Asian circle of power.
The Luminara of Telos has powerful connections to the ascended masters and celestial Buddha worlds and can bring balance, peace, abundance, and enlightenment to the North American and European circles of power.
Side notes from the Seven Siddhas:
1. Dragons (powerful benevolent spirits) aid the wielder of the pearls. Each pearl has a dragon ally.
2. The Luminara is accessible in Shasta, Hawaii – Big Island and Maui, and Okinawa (there was an old Lemurian outpost there where artifacts were stored – but it’s hard to access).
Together, Junko, Ahjan, and Miki use the Luminara and the Dragon’s Pearl Garland, the enlightened powers of sacred places, and their perfected skillsets to activate, enhance, and unite the seven circles of power. In their work, they cultivate networks of minds and spirits across dimensions, promoting healing, peace, balance, dharma, and enlightenment on a global scale. Each of them works inwardly and outwardly together, alone, yet always united in this work.

The Luminara
The Ariah Crystal channels celestial harmony and facilitates communication bridges between realms for enhanced spiritual unity.
